EXHIBITOR DETAILS 

• Set Up: Thursday, March 14 | 9AM – 4PM
• All exhibitor set up MUST be complete no later than 4PM on Thursday
• Tear Down: Saturday, March 18, at vendor’s discretion after PM session is underway
• Booth Assignments: Based on date your reservation/payment received – first come, first served – with consideration given to any previous participation and event sponsorship. Payment must be received in advance of event to guarantee space assignment and any eligible sponsorship benefits.
• Additional Details:
  • Vendor is responsible for needed tables, chairs, table coverings, pipe & drape, floor covering, etc. unless specified in sponsorship benefits.
  • Tables, chairs, pipe & drape, etc. may be ordered by contacting PA Farm Show administrative office.
  • Electric available for additional fee at $50 per drop
• Confirmation: Final details + passes will be mailed to vendors approximately 10-14 days of event; report to check in upon arrival for full packet.
